This article analyses the internal and external structure of the consumption of services qualitatively and quantitatively. It briefly discusses the role that some factors play in deciding consumption structure and uses five computer programmes of regression analysis to fit nine regression equations by selecting 204 groups of statistical data as sample data. With quantitative analysis, it selects some mathematical models as the models of external or internal structure of service consumption. According to these models it is predicted that the percentage of expenditure on services in China's consumption structure in 2000 would be 24–26 per cent, if per capita GNP in China reaches 800–100s0 US dollars.     

历史街区型购物场所顾客满意度研究——广州状元坊案例

尽管顾客满意度研究在相关领域已是一个研究颇久的话题,但在历史街区相关研究中鲜有涉及.本研究结合历史街区型商业街(广州状元坊)的特点,对ACSI(美国顾客满意度指数)模型加以引中和改进,构建新的适合商业街的顾客满意度评价体系,并通过问卷数据收集,采用李克特量表法,定量化地对状元坊的顾客满意度进行了实证研究.研究结论显示,顾客对状元坊的总体满意度一般;环境质量感知普遍较差,商品价格和商品种类满意度较高;学生是状元坊的主要消费群体;而区位优势、特有消费群体与准确的市场定位对状元坊顾客重游率具有决定作用.研究对拓展国内目前还比较薄弱的历史街区型商业街满意度研究有积极意义,研究结论可为商业街可持续发展提供指导作用.     

商品房价格与我国房地产业周期发展

相对持续高涨的房价,我国城市居民购房能力萎缩。房地产业连续9年的快速增长,使其到了发展的巅峰。发展过热的争论和投资过快引发的经济问题,实际是房地产业周期性发展规律的必然表现。房地产业周期性发展的拐点近年将会出现,未雨绸缪应引起高度重视。     

Farmers’ risk preferences and their climate change adaptation strategies in the Yongqiao District,China

Farmers’ risk preferences play an important role in agricultural production decisions. This study characterizes risk preferences among farmers in Yongqiao and determines how these risk preferences are related to their choices regarding climate change adaptation strategies. We find that most farmers in the study area were aware of climate change. They were taking measures to protect their livelihoods against perceived changes to the local climate. The risk experiment result shows that the representative subject was risk averse, and women were more risk averse than men. The relationships between farmers’ risk preferences and different climate change adaptation choices were different. Farmers’ risk aversion was negatively and significantly related with adaptation strategies on planting new crop varieties and adopting new technology, but it had a significantly positive effect on purchasing weather index crop insurance. The results also indicate that the level of education, farming experience, farm size, household income and perception of climate change impacts influence farmers’ adaptation decisions.     

Performance measurement,expectancy and agency theory: An experimental study

Theoretical analyses of (optimal) performance measures are typically performed within the realm of the linear agency model. This model implies that, for a given compensation scheme, the agent’s optimal effort is unrelated to the amount of noise in the performance measure. In contrast, expectancy theory as developed by psychologists predicts lower effort levels for noisier performance measures. We conduct a real effort laboratory experiment and find that effort levels are invariant to changes in the distribution of the noise term. This suggests that enriching the economic model commonly applied within this area by including an expectancy parameter is not needed.     

恩格尔定律:理论与检验

恩格尔系数作为衡量居民生活水平的重要指标,其理论基础是恩格尔定律。作为实证性定律,恩格尔定律并没有严格的理论推理,其在我国的应用也受到一些质疑。本文基于效用函数假设和马斯洛层次需求理论,对恩格尔定律进行了理论推导;并利用省际面板数据(1981～2010)对模型进行了检验,结果表明恩格尔定律在我国是成立的。因此,使用恩格尔系数评价和比较我国居民生活水平是可靠的。     

中国省会城市职能结构特征的比较研究

从城市职能结构类型、发展阶段和效益三方面比较分析了我国省会城市职能结构的特征,结论如下:①在省会城市中,制造业和建筑业职能仍然占据重要地位,科教文卫、行政、金融保险业、房地产业等职能地位亟待提升.②84.62%的省会城市第三产业比重相对于第二产业比重比率稳步上升.③省会城市职能结构效益整体状况得到提高,高效益城市所占比例增加,低效益城市所占比例减少.从变化趋势类型来看,效益上升型城市所占比例居于第二位,效益下降型城市所占比例最低,这也验汪了省会城市职能结构效益趋于提升的态势.
